Matsui Foundation is a non-profit private organization established in April, 2004 by Andy Matsui. Our leading objective at Matsui Foundation is to provide financial aid to eligible students for their college education, with hopes of improving the future economy of the Monterey County. Matsui Foundation is approved by both the Federal Government and the State of California.
